Purchase

Purchase of products at Lilly Nails AB also implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
When ordering products over the Internet, there is a binding purchase agreement. The purchase is completed as soon as the purchase is confirmed on the screen. Orders can only be made via our webshop. Do you have questions or need support, please contact us.
All illegal acts on the webshop will be reported to the police. To create an account and shop with us, you must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent, and be therapist or stylist with nails, eyelashes and/or wax.

Price

Prices are quoted in Swedish kronor and Euro. All prices are excl. VAT. Lilly Nails reserves for any typos and price changes.

Payment

Payment Online via Pay Pal

We will send your package via Post Nord after you paid in advance to our bank account as specified in the order confirmation. Please note that the bank transfer might take an extra day.

Payment by invoice

We will send your packages with Post Nord and in your package your delivery note is supplied. The invoice will be e-mailed from Klarna with payment according to their terms. For you to get credit requires that you provide your personal or your company's corporate identity number

Online Payment

Pay with Visa/MasterCard or Diners credit cards safely and securely over the Internet immediately after ordering. Your payment is handled by Klarna with secure encryption.
Your credit card information is sent directly to the bank and can not be read by anyone other than your bank. No extra charges for card payments.

Delivery within Sweden 3-5 days. Delivery Cost 47.20 SEK ex moms.
Europe 5-10 days. Cost 79 SEK ex moms. 8,32 Euro

Exchanges

You have the right to exchange within 14 days of purchase. The following conditions is required;
1. The item is unused and flawless.
2. Complete original packaging is returned in its whole and is unharmed.
3. Receipt or invoice available and must be presented.
4. Enter the reason for the change and attach a receipt or invoice.
5. When the item is returned, we do a refund to you. When the product is not delievered right, we are of course paying for return shipping, otherwise you stand for the shipping costs. If the goods are not delievered right, please contact us immediately for more precise information on how to make the return.

Returns

In case of wrong delivery, for example; the wrong number of products is delivered, damaged products or similar, please contact us within 5 days after discovery of the defect and inform us about the incident. Return shipping will be refunded once the item is received and we have approved the complaint. Replacement of new a product to the purchaser will be provided when the complaints are validated.

Who can buy?

We offer a range of products exclusively for professional use, therefore, we only sell to trained and certified therapist and stylists. You must be 18 years old or have parental consent. We suggest, however, that if you are under 18 you ask the guardian to start an account instead. Note that gels and acrylics sold only to qualified nail technician. Some lash accessories may be purchased only by trained eyelash stylists.
