I want to shop but see no prices, why?
To see prices at the webshop you first need to register and log in. Lilly Nails is a wholesaler in the beauty industry and mainly sells products for professional use.
To buy products in our webshop you therefore need to present a certificate / diploma which certifies that you are a trained technician/stylist.
To shop for certain assortments you need to present relevant certificates.

Once we have reviewed and approved your certificate, you will be given access to the products you are authorized for purchases. Please avait approval sent to you by email.
You can upload more certificates under My Account/Certificates when you are logged in.

How do I change my email address?
To change your email address / username, contact us through the chat or send an email to email@example.com with your current email address and the one you wish to change to.
Can I lend my account?
No, your account is personal.
Everyone is welcome to apply for their own account.
The reason we don't allow others to use your account is to ensure that products that requires training to be used correctly, do not end up in the wrong hands. This may cause severe harm to both practitioners and customers.
We will be happy to guide any unqualified person who wishes to learn about the professions by personal consulting in the field of courses. This will eventually give access to our webshop and, above all, increase knowledge and skills required for the specific profession. How long does it take for my certificate / diploma to be reviewed?
We review all incoming certificates on an ongoing basis, including evenings and weekends.
Once your certificate has been reviewed and approved, you will receive information about this via email.

I got the wrong product, what should I do?
We are constantly working to improve our routines and service so that incorrect picking does not take place.
If it has happened after all, we are grateful for an email to email@example.com. Please describe what went wrong, and we will correct it as soon as possible!
I want to complain about a product, how do I do it?
In the event of a complaint, please contact us within 5 days after the error has been discovered and state where the error lies. Email to firstname.lastname@example.org and describe what is wrong and add your order number and a picture or film of the damage / error for. We will make sure that you are replaced with a new or equivalent item, or refunded.
I have a business and don't want to pay tax, what should I do?
You need to get in touch with us and send us your registered VAT number. Email to email@example.com.
