Purchase of products at Lilly Nails AB also implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
When ordering products over the Internet, there is a binding purchase agreement. The purchase is completed as soon as the purchase is confirmed on the screen. Orders can only be made via our webshop. Do you have questions or need support, please contact us.
To create an account and shop with us, you must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent, and be therapist or stylist with nails, eyelashes and/or wax. Please note that your account is private.
All illegal acts on the webshop will be reported to the police.

Who can shop?

We offer a range of products exclusively for professional use, therefore, we only sell to trained and certified technicians and artists. You must be 18 years old or have parental consent. We suggest, however, that if you are under 18 you ask the guardian to start an account instead. Note that Gels and Acrylics sold only to qualified Nail Technicians, Lash products sold only to trained Lash Artists.

Please note that your account is private and that borrow or lending accounts is not permitted.

Prices and currencies

Prices are quoted in Euro at lillynails.eu. All prices are excl. VAT in your cart and will show added VAT when you go to checkout. Lilly Nails reserves for any type of info- and price changes.


We offer payment online via PayPal and card payment via Klarna.

Paypal payments
We will send your package via TNT after you paid in advance to our bank account as specified in the order confirmation.
Please note that the bank transfer might take an extra day.

Card payments
Pay with Visa/MasterCard or Diners credit cards safely and securely over the Internet immediately after ordering.
Your payment is handled by Klarna with secure encryption.
Your credit card information is sent directly to the bank and can not be read by anyone other than your bank. There is no extra charges for card payments.


Delivery & Shipping

We deliver to following countries:
Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Romania and Slovakia. We refer to our Distributors in each country for customers from: Croatia, Finland, Greece, Iceland, Norway, Portugal, Slovenia and Spain.

You will find tracking information via the email address you provided at the time of purchase.

Exchanges & Returns

You have the right to exchange within 14 days of purchase. The following conditions is required;
1. The item is unused and flawless.
2. Complete original packaging is returned in its whole and is unharmed.
3. Receipt or invoice available and must be presented.
4. Enter the reason for the change and attach a receipt or invoice.
5. When the item is returned, we do a refund to you. When the product is not delievered right, we are of course paying for return shipping, otherwise you stand for the shipping costs. If the goods are not delievered right, please contact us immediately for more precise information on how to make the return.

In case of wrong delivery, for example; the wrong number of products is delivered, damaged products or similar, please contact us within 5 days after discovery of the defect and inform us about the incident. Return shipping will be refunded once the item is received and we have approved the complaint. Replacement of new a product to the purchaser will be provided when the complaints are validated.

How to shop VAT free

To shop VAT-free, please send your VAT number to support@lillynails.com, and we will log you into the system as a vat-free business customer. Don't forget to choose "Organization/Company" at the checkout.
