Product information

Graffiti is colored flakes, thin as gold leaves. The flakes are translucent/white in the jar and changes color depending on the background. The color really pops when applied upon darker colors.

Can be used on all Lilly Nails Gel Polish colors. Use a Silicon Brush and rub it on top of the Gel Polish. Finish with High Shine Top Coat.
